体外研究：
当 NHEK 细胞未受到 IL-17A 或 IL-22 刺激时，Calcipotriol 会略微增强（0.2 nM）IL-8 mRNA 表达或没有影响（2-20 nM）。添加 IL-17A 和 IL-22 会显著增加 IL-8 的 mRNA 表达，证实了我们之前的研究。这种增强的 IL-8 mRNA 表达被 2、20 和 40 nM 的 Calcipotriol 以剂量依赖性方式抑制[1]。用药物治疗自然杀伤 (NK) 细胞会调节其 NK 细胞毒性受体或 KIR 的表达。用 100、10 或 1 ng/mL 的 1,25(OH)2D3、Calcipotriol 或 FTY720 预处理人类 NK 细胞 4 小时。 1,25(OH)2D3、Calcipotriol 和 FTY720 三种浓度在孵育 4 小时后均显著上调 NK 细胞表面 NKp30 的表达[2]。
体内研究：
每组中 32 只动物中均有 1 只死亡，只有 Diclofenac 加 DFMO 加 Calcipotriol 组除外，该组所有动物均存活。存活率在各组中平均分布。与安慰剂组相比，Diclofenac 加 Calcipotriol 组和 Diclofenac 加 DFMO 加Calcipotriol 的体重增加明显较少[3]。
