体外研究
SB-431542（符合良好生产规范（GMP））（10 μM；10天）诱导人多能干细胞（hPSCs）向有丝分裂后皮层神经元分化[1]。
SB-431542（GMP）（10 μM）促进向中脑多巴胺神经元（mDA）的定向分化[2]。
SB-431542（GMP）（3.8 μM）在体外促进人多能干细胞（hPSCs）向多能造血祖细胞分化，这些祖细胞起源于SOX17+造血内皮细胞[3]。
